Features of software for craft, mid-size and large bakeries and pastry shops
GemiSys® is a cloud system for bakeries and pastry shops that was born inside a real bakery. It connects orders, e-shop, a B2B portal for wholesale customers, production, inventory with batch tracking, dispatch, delivery logistics, a point of sale, invoicing, HACCP records and the AI assistant Linda. Below is the complete list of what the system actually does. Which module belongs to which plan is shown in the pricing section on the home page.

Who GemiSys® is for
Craft bakery and pastry shop
One workshop, one or two counters, a few regular customers. You need the same thing in your head and on paper: orders, what to bake, how much stock is left and what to charge. Orders, Products and recipes, Inventory, GemiPOS at the counter and an e-shop for customers are enough.
Production by plan, delivery routes, wholesale customers, returns, invoices and inspections. You add Production with a tablet for bakers, Dispatch and Logistics with a driver app, the B2B portal for customers, Returns, Invoicing and HACCP records.
Several sites, dozens of employees, batch traceability, inspections by authorities and the need to see everything on one screen. You add the Control Centre (overview of all sites), Employees and Attendance, Goods receipt from PDF, batch and yield tracking and IoT thermometers with alarms.
All orders from customers, businesses and the e-shop in one place, from the phone call to handing over the goods.
Order managementNew order, editing, status changes, search and filters, bulk actions.
Deposits and balancesThe customer pays a deposit and the system shows how much is still due.
SMS and e-mail to the customerA message about the order status sent straight from the order, also from ready-made templates.
Product labelsName, ingredients, allergens highlighted in bold, energy and nutrients per 100 g, batch, "use by" date, producer details and country of origin.

Automatic tiers SILVER, GOLD, DIAMONDB2B Autopilot moves customers to a higher tier based on monthly turnover and assigns discounts. You can also fix a tier or an individual discount for a customer.
Debt limitWhen the debt limit is exceeded, the system only warns, removes discounts or blocks new orders. You choose which.
Safeguard against typosWhen a customer orders several times their usual quantity (for example 1000 instead of 100), the order gets the status "For approval" and does not go straight into production.
Returns from the portalThe customer reports unsold or damaged goods. The system watches the limit (by default 20 % of purchases over the last 3 days).

Frequently asked questions about features
Can GemiSys® track batches and traceability from ingredient to customer?
Yes. From the batch code you see what was made in it, from which ingredient batches (supplier code, expiry, receipt date) and which customers received it. You also see where the batch of a particular ingredient went. A comparison of yield by shift against the recipes is included.
Does GemiSys® have a B2B portal for wholesale customers?
Yes. The customer logs in with a personal link, orders from your catalogue at discounted prices, sees their account balance and reports returns. Discounts follow the automatic tiers SILVER, GOLD and DIAMOND, and the system also watches the debt limit and unusually high quantities.
Can GemiSys® handle dispatch and delivery logistics?
Yes. Dispatch prepares piles of goods for every customer and route, Logistics manages routes and vehicles, the driver has an app with QR scanning of loading and delivery, and crates and cash are tracked on two separate accounts.
Does GemiSys® have a till for the shop?
Yes, GemiPOS is a touch-screen till with PIN login, a loyalty programme, cancellation, shift closing piece by piece and selling during a short internet outage.
Can GemiSys® keep HACCP records and monitor temperatures?
Yes. Temperatures, sanitation, pest control, waste and an inspection report for the authorities. A connected thermometer records by itself and triggers an alarm and an SMS when a limit is exceeded. Data from thermometers is auxiliary monitoring, not an officially verified measurement.
Is GemiSys® only for large bakeries?
No. It is for craft, mid-size and large bakeries and pastry shops. A single workshop with one counter uses Orders, Products, Inventory and GemiPOS. A bigger site adds production by plan, delivery, the B2B portal and HACCP. A chain of branches has the Control Centre. Which module is in which plan is shown in the pricing on the home page.
Can GemiSys® read delivery notes from suppliers?
Yes. You upload a PDF delivery note or invoice, AI extracts the items, quantities and prices, matches them to your catalogue and warns about a price change. It is booked into stock only after your check.
Can GemiSys® export invoices for the accountant?
Yes. Collective invoices are issued to one customer or to all at once, and the invoice overview can be exported in a format for the accounting system KROS Omega.
What does GemiSys® not do?
Data from thermometers is not an officially verified measurement. A batch is not yet printed on the product packaging automatically. Returns from customers do not go back into inventory, they are handled by disposal. The B2B portal does not accept payments, only orders and returns.
