We are glad you decided to trust us with your bakery management. These terms are here to define clear and fair rules for our partnership, allowing you to focus on your craft while we ensure your system runs flawlessly.
GemiSys is the proprietary work of Xbiz s.r.o. We provide the system as a service (Software as a Service) via the internet. The source code and architecture remain our exclusive property. You are granted a non-exclusive right to use the system for the duration of your subscription.
We aim to ensure system availability of 99.5% on an annual average. This excludes scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). We continuously work on updates to optimize GemiSys for your business.
The use of GemiSys is subject to a subscription fee based on the selected plan. Fees are payable monthly in advance. In the event of payment arrears, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to the system after prior notice.
We are liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruption. Final responsibility for product quality and hygiene remains with the bakery operator.
Our cooperation is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled by the competent court in Žilina, Slovakia.
